Delivery and returns

DELIVERIES
Orders (excluding pre-orders) are prepared and sent within 48 working hours. The delivery times indicated by the carriers are indicative and may vary. We cannot be held responsible for any delays on their part.
If you would like to change the address after you have placed your order, you can send an email to charlotte@noliparis.com. We will do our best to modify it as long as the package wasn't already sent.
A tracking number is provided to you.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
European Union countries are not subject to any customs fees. But in most other countries, buyers may be charged with additional fees. Please contact the relevant services before placing an order.

RETURNS
Returns are possible within 14 days from the date of reception of your package. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return procedure
- Send an e-mail to charlotte@noliparis.com to explain the reason for the return and specifying whether you would like an exchange or refund.
- Return the product (in new condition with its complete packaging), with an appropriate insurance (equivalent to the value of the package), to the following address: Noli 36 chemin du Bord de l'Eau 78670 Villennes sur Seine.
- We will refund or exchange upon receipt of the package.
